As you may be aware, previous International Salon Culinaire competition winners have gone on to become some of the UK’s most recognised and awarded chefs – and entering a member of your team can be an enormously rewarding investment for all parties.
Closing date for Entries is 17th February – so there is still time!
The Salon will feature approximately 100 competitions divided into four categories: Salon Display, Live Theatre, Skills Theatre, and Sugarcraft. Professional chefs, young chefs, students, and apprentices are all welcome to participate one or more competitions from the whole list, with our Sugarcraft division only open to Professional Cake Makers.
