The annual OpenTable list of the top 100 restaurants in the UK is back after its 2020 hiatus and is based on more than 960,000 reviews from restaurants across the UK – all submitted by verified OpenTable diners.

British cuisine still tops the list at 16%, followed by Modern European at 10% – both however, have lost ground to a surge in steakhouses which now make up 10% of the top 100 list, which – due to the pandemic – is not ranked this year.
