Last week saw this year’s Craft Guild of Chefs Awards at the Park Plaza in Westminster! The event was attended by 700 of the “who’s who” in hospitality including…

With a rather fabuolous raffle and thanks to the generosity of the evening’s guests, £7,000 was raised for the Craft Guild Bursary and the Ceserani Foundation.

Chair of the Craft Guild of Chefs, Matt Owens, said: “This evening’s awards recognise the many great cooks and chefs often unsung and often working behind the scenes doing what they love best. It’s in our DNA and it’s certainly what makes us the chefs we are today.”
