Beth began her hospitality journey at 18 while studying at the University of Birmingham, working front-of-house at events and quickly developing a strong feel for the fast-paced world of service.
For seven years, she lived in Queenstown, New Zealand, where she managed a portfolio of bars and restaurants – leading large teams and overseeing high-volume venues. One of her most memorable roles? Running an ice bar, complete with sub-zero temperatures and plenty of character.
Now back in Birmingham, Beth is Jubilee’s Operations Manager for Events and Front of House. Whether it’s staffing a five-star hotel, supplying bartenders for a busy function, or coordinating a large-scale event, Beth and her team make it happen with precision and calm. Fun fact: Beth hates being in the spotlight – writing this bio was her worst nightmare.
