Our Recruitment Consultants take responsibility for a number of areas, including: –

  • Managing and growing a recruitment revenue stream of clients and candidates – relating to defined kitchen positions, clients and regions.
  • Taking the time to fully understand clients’ needs and engaging appropriately matched calibre candidates.
  • Candidate attraction, sourcing and interviewing.
  • Building lasting relationships and networks with clients and candidates.
  • General administration of your recruitment area.

 

Your earning potential is linked directly to the success of your recruitment desk but typically you can earn between £27,000-£50,000 (or higher).  This is made up of a base starting salary between £16,000-£19,000 depending on experience in addition to an excellent commission scheme. At Jubilee, you will work as part of a successful and expanding company, servicing an array of catering and hospitality clients. There are opportunities available for our Recruitment Consultants to progress into Lead Consultant positions as they demonstrate management ability and consistent recruitment performance.
