Being a Recruitment Consultant is both highly demanding and highly rewarding, requiring diverse skillsets and personal attributes. As such, at Jubilee Catering Recruitment we are open to considering applicants from various backgrounds spanning catering/hospitality industry professionals, or similar vocations. The key is that you have the drive and aptitude to succeed in recruitment and deliver against the high standards all our stakeholders expect.
– Sourcing & interviewing candidates and guiding them through the whole recruitment process.
– Satisfying clients’ needs by supplying Kitchen porters and food prep assistants.
– Building relationships and effective networks with clients and candidates.
– Working to Key Performance Indicators and achieving recruitment targets.
– Working shifts to promote the Jubilee name.
Catering experience or knowledge is desirable for this role.
