Strong Chef de Partie from a rosette background required for a fine dining restaurant in central Cheltenham. My client requires a skilled CDP from a fine dining background, to assist the head chef with the day to day running of their own privately-run restaurant. This role will be ongoing on a weekly relief basis for the foreseeable future. This position would ideally suite someone looking to gain more knowledge of there craft and someone who is highly motivated to achieve in their career. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience within a kitchen to be considered for this role, also from a rosette environment.
