Commis Chefs / Chef de Partie / Sous Chefs / Lead Chefs – Match day
Commis Chefs / Chef de Partie / Sous Chefs / Lead Chefs are required for our hospitality kitchen team working weekends and some evenings on a temporary basis on match days/large events in Bristol and Cheltenham.
As a skilled Chef, in addition to being immaculately presented, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
-Chef experience preferably with experience gained within a stadium/racecourse/circuit/large venue environment.
-Experience within a commercial or private venue.
-706 or NVQ Level 1 & 2 qualifications.
-Proven knife skills in a kitchen environment.
-Good communication skills.
-Driving licence and own transport to commute to different assignments that we can offer.
The Chef role will be responsible for/involve the following: –
-Carrying out Chef duties in a professional and credible manner.
-Operation and management of a kitchen section or in some cases the kitchen.
-Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
-Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
In return for your Chef skills and experience, the client is offering an hourly pay rate of between £9 and £12 per hour. This is an excellent opportunity to test your skills and experience in a match day/racecourse/circuit setting.
Providing quality food to corporate clients within fine dining restaurants, executive boxes, lounge areas and corporate bars, you will work as part of a team delivering service excellence, operating with a can-do attitude and maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.
You will be working within some of the most high-profile venues from football stadia, hotels, theatres, restaurants and large events!
