As a Temporary Chef / Head Chef / Chef de Partie / Sous Chef, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

  • Professional Chef Experience, preferably in a kitchen.
  • Proven experience within a commercial or private venue.
  • 706 or NVQ Level 1 & 2 qualifications.
  • Proven ability in a similar environment
  • The ability to manage a team.
  • Able to show a nurturing side to bring on Junior Chefs
  • Menu development.
  • Maintain relationship with senior management.

The Temporary Chef / Head Chef / Chef de Partie / Sous Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following: –

  • Carrying out Chef duties in a professional and credible manner.
  • Operation and management of the kitchen.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
  • Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
  • Menu Development.
