As a Temporary Chef / Head Chef / Chef de Partie / Sous Chef, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
- Professional Chef Experience, preferably in a kitchen.
- Proven experience within a commercial or private venue.
- 706 or NVQ Level 1 & 2 qualifications.
- Proven ability in a similar environment
- The ability to manage a team.
- Able to show a nurturing side to bring on Junior Chefs
- Menu development.
- Maintain relationship with senior management.
The Temporary Chef / Head Chef / Chef de Partie / Sous Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following: –
- Carrying out Chef duties in a professional and credible manner.
- Operation and management of the kitchen.
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
- Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
- Menu Development.
