Right now we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our operations team in and around the Midlands, this opportunity is to support our fantastic consultants who work from the Jewellery Quarter office.
The successful candidate will work in operations and provide an in the field support for our consultants in the office, in the future we will be looking to promote the team leaders into fully fledged consultants.
If you have worked back of house or within a kitchen and you’re looking for a challenge then we may have the perfect opportunity for you.
The Team Leaders will:
- Liaise with Clients
- Check In staff and ensure standards are being met.
- Lead Teams within Events
- Assist with Logistical organisation.
- Account Manage Key Clients

Ideal Candidate:
You must be able to drive and have had customer service experience. You will need to demonstrate a friendly and approachable, yet professional attitude through excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility is also important as shifts can fall on evenings and weekends.
