The restaurant is looking to recruit a Sous chef to support the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. Our client offer an authentic taste of Worcestershire and surrounds. They have a tempting range of seasonal and locally sourced produce available to order.

• An individual with lots of energy and drive
• Strong background of fresh food cooking
• Managing the team in the Head chefs absence
• Enforcing high levels of hygiene and health and safety
• To continue the very high level of consistency in cooking

My client is offering between £20,000 and £25,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday.

This bustling countryside Gastro Pub is very busy and attracts tourists from abroad and holiday makers from the UK also. Our client is very busy for both lunch and dinner service and are very busy for Sunday lunch. This is a superb opportunity for the right individual to join a fantastic friendly team.
