As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll work with fresh, high-quality ingredients to craft exceptional dishes while supporting the Head and Sous Chef in running a busy kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Preparing fresh, high-quality dishes to delight guests.
  • Utilizing and refining your knife skills with premium ingredients.
  • Staying up to date with allergen protocols to ensure guest safety.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Properly labelling and managing food stock.
  • Mentoring junior kitchen staff, sharing your expertise and passion.
  • Taking charge of kitchen operations when the Head or Sous Chef is unavailable.
