The Hotel is set within Snowdonia national park and so is surrounded by stunning scenery that set the backdrop to the restaurant where you will be serving some of the very best produce Wales has to offer.
This role is perfect for a Junior Sous or Sous Chef looking to make a name for themselves. You will be given full support of the owners to build the reputation and food offering of the hotel alongside the head chef. The owners are also looking to develop the kitchen once a stable new team is in place.
Live-in Accommodation is also available if you are looking to relocate. The live-in accommodation is onsite so you would only be a short walk to work.This is an exciting opportunity as the hotel are looking to really push forward and achieve 3AA Rosettes.
