Iconic location close to Chester and Rhyl, seeking a motivated and organised Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in this beautiful 2AA Rosette property.


This role would be ideal for an ambitious Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef looking to progress into a fine dining kitchen and develop your management skills in this busy A La Carte operation.


Straight Shifts – Early/Late combination.

45-50 hours per week Maximum.

Complete freedom with the menus.

Strong team in place along with a likeable and organised Head Chef.
