A fantastic Hotel with a 2 Rosette Restaurant in the Cotswolds is looking for a Sous Chef. This Beautiful Venue is all about the food, everything is fresh and local. The Sous Chef will be paid up to £27,000 per annum. There is possible live in available.

 

As a Sous Chef, you will offer the following experience and skills

 

  • Professional Chef Experience preferably in a high end restaurant
  • Understanding of seasonal produce
  • The ability to use real fresh food
  • Passion and determination
  • The ability to work in high pressure kitchens
  • Experience at 1/2 Rosette at least

 

 

In return for your Sous Chef Skills and Experience, the client is offering an annual pay rate from £25,000 to £27,000 per annum. This is an excellent opportunity to further test your skills and experience in a quality establishment.
