Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous chef in there Golf Club and conference Centre. They are looking to recruit an experienced Sous chef too support the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. My client caters for a lot of large banquets and business conferences yet also runs a popular bar menu and regular fine dining events.
Our client is looking for
- Experience of Banquets and Conferences
- Friendly personality to fit in with the existing team
- An individual with a sense of urgency
- Former experience of functions and banquets
- Managing the team in the Head chefs absence
My client is offering £22,000 to £25,000 per annum depending on experience but is flexible for the right candidate and 28 days of annual holiday. There is proven great speed of progression within the company for the right individual.
