A Sous Chef is required for what the Exec Chef called “potentially the best restaurant in the Midlands”. This restaurant is completely unique and looking to pay a Sous Chef £30,000 – £32,000 plus £4-5k in tips.
This restaurant located close to Banbury is not necessarily chasing Rosettes or Michelin but the fresh, seasonal produce with the concept of “Farm to Mouth” is the norm.
As a Sous Chef you will be butchering down all sorts of produce from Venison to Lamb – everything arrives whole and has its own butchery and meat aging facilities.
This concept restaurant is hugely successful within its first 3 months of opening and looking for another Sous Chef to join the bigrade.
The Exec Chef said that if a Sous Chef walks into this kitchen he or she will want the job. FACT.
