Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef for their unique venue in Stratford upon Avon.  The Site is looking to recruit a Sous Chef to support the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchens, to help provide consistent quality and provide a clear direction for the team.  The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in developing the team, as well as leading and motivating.  The successful candidate should be able to cook to Rosette standard and lead from the top in a very busy and bustling environment.


Our client is looking for:


  • Keen eye for detail
  • Rosette Background or higher
  • A complete Multi-Tasker
  • Motivating and Developing the team
  • Computer literate
  • Driver preferred
  • Organised Individual able to deal with situations



My client is offering £28,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday
