We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie to step up into this fantastic Sous Chef position.

You should have the beginnings of some excellent people management skills, which we can help you develop, creative talent and a passion and enthusiasm for foraging, home grown products and butchery from the ground up, as well as the experience and patience to teach these skills to the junior brigade members.

Close communication with the Head Chef will be an essential part of the role so your input and ideas are an absolutely essential.
