The role:
- Supporting the Head Chef in leading and inspiring the kitchen team
- Ensuring consistency and excellence across all dishes
- Taking a creative role in menu planning and development
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
- Training, mentoring, and developing junior chefs
About you:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a 3 AA rosette setting (Or a Junior Sous looking to step up)
- Passion for fresh, seasonal, locally sourced food
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organised, reliable, and a true team player
- Driving desirable due to our location in the Cotswolds
