Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef in their busy Hotel and banqueting facility. If you have experience at Sous level and solid fresh food background then this is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in a thriving Hotel
- Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets quality standards
- Fill in for the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
- Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedules and assess staff’s performance
- Experience of fresh food and high volume
- Calm under pressure
My client is offering between £23,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday for the right individual.
