Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous chef in their Beautiful Hotel and Wedding Venue.  The Beautiful Property is looking to recruit a Sous Chef too support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and to join a friendly kitchen team.  All of the food is freshly prepared on site and the menu changes often, working with the freshest of ingredients.  This is a perfect opportunity for a Junior Sous to take his/her first step up. The Head chef has been there for 19 years and feels it’s only fair that straight shifts are worked such as 7-3, 9-5 and 1-10.
