Ambitious Sous Chef required for this cultured, modern brigade. Your influences will be Michelin dining and/or high Rosettes and you should be looking to achieve the same level under the guidance of an experienced and driven Head Chef.
You must have a huge passion for modern dining and bundles of creative drive. You will take a leading role here in that respect as the Restaurant is pushing forward for accolades and recognition.
