Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous chef or Junior Sous Chef looking to take the next step. The multi-outlet site is looking to recruit a Sous Chef too support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchens. The Restaurant and function room are busy with Weddings, Funerals and Buffets and require an organized individual who has like experience.

 

Our client is looking for:

 

  • Fresh Food Experience
  • Experience of Banqueting and Functions
  • An individual who is calm under pressure
  • Former experience at Sous chef level
  • Managing the team in the Head chefs absence
  • Training new team members
  • Organised individual

 

 

My client is offering up to £26,000 per annum and 28 days of holiday.
