A Sous Chef is required for a permanent contract working in one of the most stunning hotel wedding venue near Bromsgrove. As Sous as you drive upto this property you are hit with the wow factor. The hours here will be between 40 – 50. The salary on offer for this role is £28,000 – £30,000.
You will be proud to work in such a place. The warm and welcome feeling you get when you arrive carry’s through into the kitchen and the company philosophy – which in short is “look after your team”.
This is an independent hotel but owned by a highly successful property company who have invested millions. This is the only hotel in the company and they want to continue with treating the staff like family. Due to the business of this hotel the ideal Sous Chef will come from a hotel background due to the banqueting aspect of this property.
The food is all fresh and locally sourced when possible. There is a mixture of split and straights. There are plans already for 2019 for a new 30 cover fine dining restaurant so if you are a Sous Chef looking for this then this is the role for you.
