Our Client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef in their Beautiful Countryside Gastro Pub serving top quality fresh food Gastro Pub dishes.  Our Client has had a steady team in the kitchen until just recently and now a position has become available for a Sous Chef.  The Pub is looking to recruit a Sous Chef to support the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen but to also help develop the team and provide a vital stability in the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

 

  • Former experience at Sous Chef level preferable
  • Solid Fresh food Background
  • Junior Sous looking for next step
  • Driver Required
  • Managing the team in the Head chefs absence
  • Training new team members
  • Highly Organised individual
  • Ability to handle large volume
