A Sous Chef is needed in a busy one Rosette four-star hotel near Kidderminster. In this busy hotel you will be working alongside the Head Chef as part of a healthy brigade. For this role you will need previous experience working in a one or two rosette property’s and also have a great love of food and passion that you can portray to the team. You will need to work as a team and be able to manage a group of chefs as well as run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.

This hotel sources the very best fine local and seasonal ingredients for its menu working with the suppliers constantly finding the best prices and produce around.

This hotel deals with large numbers in weddings and banqueting as well as working around the main restaurant. With this in mind the shift patterns are still split into one split shift and the rest of the working week is made up of four shifts which are a mix of earlies and late shifts. The salary they are offering is £24,000-£26,000 plus tips on top which is really healthy considering the working hours and perks.
