Senior Sous Chef – Taster Menus – 2-3AA Rosettes – Oxford area

 

Luxury, Cotswolds Hotel with award winning Restaurant seeking an ambitious and talented Sous Chef, or possibly Junior Sous Chef, to step up to the plate in this passionate and skilful kitchen.

 

You must have a huge passion for modern dining and bundles of creative drive. You will take a leading role here in that respect as the Restaurant is pushing hard for accolades and recognition.

 

You should thrive on managing your brigade, running the day to day service and organisational aspects as well as dealing with your suppliers and preparing costings and analysis for the management team.

 

Passion, drive and stamina to achieve are all required to be successful here, and to assist this Michelin level Chef to manage and develop the brigade.
