A Senior Sous Chef is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen in the centre of Birmingham. My client is looking for a Senior Sous Chef who has a good background in high volume and Rosettes.

You will be working under an Executive Head Chef, Head Chef, Junior Sous, Pastry Chef and loads of Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs so it’s a really strong brigade. This place has it all going on – Tasting Menu’s, Themed Evenings, Private Dining Facilities.
