We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sous Chef to join our culinary team and contribute to the continued success of the business.
Sous Chef Highlights:
- Salary starting from £35,000 to £39,000 + Tips + Bonus

Sous Chef responsibilities:
- Train, mentor, and motivate culinary team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- work closely with the Head chef to execute and oversee the preparation of high-quality, visually appealing dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
- covering all the Head chef responsibilities, on his absence.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and guidelines related to food preparation, safety, and sanitation.
Due to location of the place you will require to have a valid driving licence and a vehicle
