Our client is an award-winning 2AA rosette restaurant in Midlands. The menus are based around the best quality locally sourced seasonal produce and offer a creative twist on modern British dishes. The menus offer unbelievable textures and flavours that will satisfy traditionalists, whilst offering excitement to experimentalists.
