A Sous Chef is required for an award winning Rosette restaurant paying £28,500 – £30,000. This is an immediate start for a Sous Chef who lives in or around the Birmingham area.
This is an independent restaurant which is a good opportunity for a first time Sous Chef to join. The GM is interested in any strong Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef looking for the next step.
There is a Rosette ala carte restaurant menu as well as private dining.
All the food here is fresh, seasonal and modern.
Being independent there is also free scope into all menus.
