A Sous Chef  is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen in the South of Warwickshire near Warwick. My client is looking for a Sous Chef  who has a good background in fresh food who has a desire to learn, progress and develop.

The team here works hard and everyone gets on which creates a great working environment. There are no split shifts here as well just good old straight shifts. This is a proper kitchen brigade  – an Exec Chef – Head Chef – Junior Sous 4 Chef de Parties and 4 Commis Chefs.

This establishment is recognised as the most stylish and luxury hotel in the area. This hotel has a fine dining restaurant, busy bar, conference and banqueting facilities and very busy on weddings. The Head Chef with Michelin Star background is looking for someone with the passion, the skill and the determination.
