I am searching for a Sous Chef for a Beautiful 2 Rosette property located in a small village in the Shropshire Country-side, working alongside a former Michelin starred Chef. The position comes with free live-in accommodation and a Salary package worth over 24K. The ideal candidate will have come from at least a 1 Rosette background and will be to an ideal standard to support the Head Chef and the successful running of the kitchen on his days off. They run split shifts over 5 days a week with 28 days of Holiday per annum. The property is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, so there is always plenty to do.
The room being offered is a large double room perfect for a couple. The property is also looking for a general assistant and housekeeping staff, so a couple would be perfect for the role, again there would be no charge for the live-in.
The location is stunning and would be an ideal role for a Chef or couple looking to settle in Beautiful village and quiet surroundings.
Driving is not essential, however would be very beneficial to get around on days off etc.
