An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef has arisen in Shropshire, to join a team producing food at 1 Rosette standard. The successful candidate needs to be a solid all-rounder and be experienced in all aspects of kitchen management including rota’s, stock takes, and completing the daily due-diligence. The successful candidate must have a solid fresh food background, preferably at Rosette level, but not a must. For the Sous Chef position, my Client is offering up to 24K for the right individual with a share of tips, meals on duty and if required free-live in for the first 3 months.
There is live-in accommodation available which is completely Free of charge for the first 3 months and includes all bills and the use of the WIFI.
There are also free meals on duty.
