As Sous Chef you will be working in a strong brigade with plenty of Chefs. As Sous Chef you will be paid a salary of £29,500 – £30,500 with cash tips per week and credit card tips at the end of the month.

This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef who wants to climb as this company offers progression, ranging from head Chefs to Area Head Chefs.

As Sous Chef you will be working in a restaurant that has a fantastic reputation for its food, service and wine list which ah built up over the years.

The ideal Sous Chef would come from a fresh food gastro or restaurant background. Sous Chefs from a hotel background can still be considered.
