My Client is looking for a Sous Chef for their gastro pub near Leamington spa. The gastro pub is looking to open a second Restaurant so there is the potential to have the Head Chef position in the near future.
As Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Head Chef who has a Michelin background as well as a healthy brigade. You will be offered a salary of £27,500 – £29,500 plus really healthy tips of £3,000 – £4,000 which makes the package well over £30k.
You will be working with fresh, seasonal and local produce which is really important to the business – you will have input into the menu as well.
The gastro pub is of a very high standard and the ideal candidate must have fresh food experience.
