A Sous Chef is required for an award-winning fresh food restaurant group paying £28,500 – £30,000 with tips on top of upto £6,000 a year near Redditch.

As Sous Chef you will be working with fresh food in a team of 8 chefs. You will be working a few split shifts and 1 early and 1 late shift.

As Sous Chef you will be working in a restaurant that has a fantastic reputation for its food, service and wine list which ah built up over the years.

The ideal Sous Chef would come from a fresh food gastro or restaurant background. Sous Chefs from a hotel background can still be considered.

The company’s philosophy is progression which means there are places you can go even when you get promoted to Head Chef.
