A Sous Chef is required for a permanent contract working for a fresh food high standard operation IN South Gloucestershire. The Head Chef is looking for someone who is driven and has all round kitchen skills with the ability to work to a high standard using only the best local suppliers in the area.
You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days per week.

As Sous Chef, in addition to being immaculately presented, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications to the role:-
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous Experience working at Rosette standard
- Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and lead a team of chefs.
- Driving licence and own transport very helpful.
