Our client is looking for a Sous Chef with:

  • Experience of a similar nature
  • Knowledge of classical fresh food production and service
  • Management skills
  • Ability to nurture & train new team members
  • Excellent communication skills.

The Sous Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following: –

  • Carrying out responsibilities in a professional and credible manner
  • Operation of a section and meeting all standards set by the Head Chef
  • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced
  • Experience managing a variety of sections is vital
  • Organisational and team work skills
