Classical Cotswolds pub converted into a beautiful gastronomic experience are seeking a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef, to come in and add an strength and consistency to this stable and dedicated brigade.

You will bring your own brand of management and creative hunger to the devoted team, along with your strong work ethic and absolute desire to succeed.

Your history could include working at AA Rosette level, or even Michelin, but only hungry and pro-active Chefs, who can show longevity and a clear path will be seriously considered.

The Head Chef has worked his way from the ground up working with a handful of Michelin Star Chefs. He knows how to treat people and he looks after, and develops his team.

Working with fresh ingredients, of course, utilising an abundance of local and artisan suppliers and producers, the food has elements of classic tradition but with a distinctly modern edge. As the Sous Chef you will be actively encouraged to provide dishes and ideas for the seasonal menus.
