Are you an experienced CDP or Sous chef looking for a new role at this busy tourist attraction.

THE JOB:

  • Food Preparation & Menu Planning;
  • Initiate and oversee the production of all meals produced, and preparation for other shifts.
  • Ensure the timely provision of quality food.
  • Management of optimum volumes of food produced.
  • Work with the Food operations manager in the development of seasonal menus, which match company targets and standards.
  • To supervise the other members of the kitchen team.
  • Participate in training programmes as required and liaise with catering manager to ensure that training requirements for team members are identified and followed up.
  • Deals with situations as they arise including customer service, team and health & safety issues, passing on to manager as required.
  • To ensure that the kitchen team adhere to the prescribed rota, arrive on time and to the correct place.

To ensure that the kitchen team adhere to the company brand standards for personal appearance, including ensuring that the correct uniform and PPE is worn

THE PACKAGE:

  • 35K per annum .
  • Evenings off
