Our client is looking for a Sous Chef with:
- Former experience at Sous chef level or Junior Sous
- High understanding of the kitchen
- Managing the team in the Head chefs absence
- Ability to train new team members
- Strong Leadership skills
- An understanding of costing dishes and GP%
- Excellent communication skills.
- Driver Preferred
In return for your Chef Skills and experience, my client is offering £22,000 per annum and 5K in tips and 28 days of annual holiday.
