I have an opportunity for a Sous Chef for a Unique Venue in North Warwickshire serving high quality fresh food, using high quality produce.

A Sous Chef is required to support a small team in serving a high standard of food where everything is made fresh including stocks and sauces. The Ideal Candidate must show Great Skill, great passion for cooking and possess all-round ability in the kitchen where everything is produced from scratch including stocks and sauces.  This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual who must show ultimate flexibility in the role.
The venue is very busy in the summer months and then quieter in the winter months which could work out well for an individual with family approaching the Christmas period.
