Sous Chef Is required for a busy Conference and Banqueting Hotel near Milton Keynes. This busy conference Banqueting Hotel serves up to 15,000 dishes per month and 280 different plates of food each month which is mainly all fresh. As sous chef you will be working along side a team of 12 chefs. There is no ordering or paper work involved in this role that side is all handled by the kitchen manager. This role offers great support and plenty progression. You can get back to what you love most this role is all about cooking.

 

The perks of this job include a competitive salary, a working week of Monday to Friday Straight shifts 37hr weeks.     

There is live in available at around £70 per week depending on the type of accommodation you want.

You will receive 20 days holiday plus all the bank holidays and an extra 5 days off over the Christmas period.
