A sous chef is needed for this modern trendy bistro style restaurant. If you are looking for a kitchen with a relaxed professional team spirit then this is the place for you.
As sous chef you will be expected to cover the other team members on their days off including manage the kitchen in the head chefs absence whilst working along side the him to insure a smoothly running kitchen team on a daily basis.
You will be primarily be working straight shifts on a sort of 10 to 10 shift 5 days a week with two days off. There are also tips which are shared.
The site offers freshy cooked food to a high standard and each dish is created to look good, taste good but be easy to create ensuring a smooth operation.
