A Sous Chef is required for a permanent contract working within a Michelin property in the Midlands. The Head Chef at this establishment is one of the most renowned in Europe – and is looking for a Sous Chef to push this project further.
This role would be perfect for an existing Junior Sous of a Michelin Star property or high end Rosette for there first Sous Chef role.
You will be rewarded with a salary of £25,000 – £26,000 and extremely healthy tips of anything from £6,000 – £7,000 a year.
The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef that has a background in Rosettes, so if you have 2 or more this is the role for you. This is the perfect opportunity for all Chefs who have been working in Rosettes or high end establishments to take a chance at working at one of the Midlands most famous restaurants. Don’t think the head Chef will not be interested in you.
This fine dining property is closed for Christmas Day and Boxing day and Sunday evenings.
