Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef in their Beautiful Restaurant in Leamington Spa. The Restaurant is looking to recruit a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.

Our client is looking for:

  • Keen eye for detail
  • 2 Rosette Background or higher Michelin would be perfect
  • Stock takes and Ordering
  • Managing the team in the Head chefs absence
  • Training new team members
  • Driver preferred
  • Organized Individual able to deal with situations

My client is offering up to £28,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday.  There is proven great speed of progression within the company for the right individual.

The Hotel has a very high turnover and consists of a restaurant and caters for Weddings, Banquets and Conferences.
