As a Sous Chef or Head Chef you will have to have had a solid career in Michelin and/or 3AA Rosette plus establishments. The Chef Patron will give you the full support so if you are a Sous Chef or Head Chef he will be with you. This Michelin property has big plans to push and excel this restaurant further.
