This is a Michelin recommended restaurant pushing for further accolades, so the ideal Sous Chef will have experience in a 2/3AA Rosette + establishment. This is the perfect opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef with a Michelin or High Rosette background for their first Sous Chef role. You will be working extremely closely with the Michelin background Chef Patron to take this property to its next level.
